The development will be located on Winston Churchill Avenue, one of the capital's main corporate, commercial and residential corridors. It will be developed by Constructora Vistana under Marriott Branded Residences standards.

The tower will have 30 levels, more than 100 apartments, over 200 parking spaces and approximately 2,000 square meters of amenities.

The project will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, aimed both at residents and at investors interested in properties with professional management services.
